研究了柠檬酸溶胶 -凝胶工艺制备BaFe1 2 O1 9/SiO2 玻璃陶瓷的条件。在SiO2 的摩尔分数为 5 0 %和 67% ,铁和钡的摩尔比为5∶1~ 7∶1,绕结温度为 10 0 0~ 110 0℃时 ,得到了杂质含量很少的BaFe1 2 O1 9玻璃陶瓷。测定了玻璃陶瓷在 10 0MHz~ 6GHz下的复介电常数和磁导率。结果表明 :其复介电常数、磁导率实部随测试频率的增加而下降 ;磁导率虚部数值在 0左右波动

s: BaFe 12 O 19 /SiO 2 glass ceramics with very little impurity phases were prepared by citrate sol-gel process under the condition of SiO 2 molar fraction of 50% and 67%, n (Fe)∶ n (Ba)=5∶1-7∶1, and the calcined temperature of 1 000-1 100 ℃. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability dispersion were investigated in the range of 100 MHz-6 GHz.
