本研究以新疆水泥厂为重点,探讨了预分解窑熟料大块的形成机理。 熟料大块的形成起源于窑尾物料中存在大量碱的硫酸盐和氯化物的低共熔液相及其不均匀分布。硅方解石、硫硅钙石等中间化合物的大量形成,使初始团块即具有较高的粘聚强度,继而大量熟料矿物的提前形成,使团块在较高的温度下不会碎散且继续长大。

The mechanism of forming large caked clinker in the precalciner kiln is discussed with Xinjiang Cement Works as a main object of study.The clinker masses are formed due to the presence and non-uniform distributions of large amount of lower melting alkali sulphates and chlorides in the kiln charge.The forming of large quantities of intermediate compounds such as spurrite, sulphospurrite,etc, leads to higher cohesive strength of initial clinker masses,and consequently, large amount of clinker minerals are also formed in the earlier stage, hence the clinker masses do not disintegrate and continue to grow bigger and bigger at higher temperature in the kiln.why married men cheat on their wives click here women cheat on men open open My husband cheated on me
