杂质离子对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成影响的研究进展

摘要:
杂质离子对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成有不同影响。综合评述了碱金属离子及碱土金属离子、过渡金属离子以及阴、阳离子的复合等对熟料烧成影响,从化学结构参数角度分析了杂质离子所起的作用。一些杂质离子单独或复合使用,能够改善熟料易烧性,提高熟料的强度。其作用机理是:降低碳酸钙分解温度;改善液相性质,增加液相量;在熟料矿物中形成缺陷,引起晶格畸变或稳定不同的晶型变体;形成新矿物等。这些作用与杂质离子半径、电价、电负性等化学结构参数有关。应进行深入研究,以便于无害化、资源化、有利化地利用工业废渣。

Effects of different foreign ions on sintering of portland cement clinker are different. Some relative investigations are reviewed separately in terms of alkaline earth metal ions, alkali metal ions, transition metal ions and compound of cations and anions, and the effects are analyzed from the point of chemical structural parameters. It is possible to improve the burnability and to increase clinker strength by admixing ions in single or complex way. The mechanism includes reducing the de-carbona-ting temperature, increasing the volume of liquid and improving the characteristic of liquid phase, form defect and produce aberrance of crystal lattice, stabilizing different polymorphs, and forming new minerals. The above affections are related to the radius, valences, and electro-negativities of the ions. It is necessary to make further study on this field in order to make full use of industrial wastes as resources harmlessly and profitably.
