本工作在 3 5 0~ 5 0 0℃的氨热条件下 ,使用金属锂作矿化剂 ,由金属镓与氨反应合成出了纤锌矿结构的氮化镓纳米晶 ,颗粒尺寸为3 0~ 70nm ,并研究了反应温度和锂含量对合成氮化镓纳米晶的影响 .实验发现 ,高锂含量利于产生小尺寸的纳米晶 ,高温的效果相反 .另外 ,还发现GaN的晶格参数随颗粒尺寸的减小而增大 ,并导致Raman散射谱的移动my wife cheated on me now what website husband cheat

This paper reports the syntheses of nanocrystalline gallium nitride with 30-70 nm by ammonothermal reaction of gallium with ammonia, using lithium as transporting agent in the temperature range of 350-500 ℃. The experiment shows that a higher lithium concentration is favorable for the growth of smaller nanocrystal but the opposite is true for the temperature effect. Lattice parameters of wurtzite GaN increase with the decrease of nanocrystal size, which is explained in terms of the lattice relaxation that induced the shift of Raman scattering spectrum.my husband cheated on me click here women who cheat on husband
