原生矿湿法制备锰锌铁氧体超细粉

摘要:
以软锰矿、闪锌矿、硫铁矿为原料,经酸浸取对浸液进行除杂、精制,采用碳铵共沉淀法在小规模试验探索条件的基础上进行放大实验制备超细MnZn铁氧体前驱粉体。用X射线衍射,透射电镜等对超细MnZn铁氧体粉进行了表征。结果表明:该粉体粒子基本为球形,平均粒径为50nm;在800℃,对前驱体煅烧2h,可制备出结晶良好的尖晶石结构的超细锰锌铁氧体粉体,实验结果与小规模试验基本一致。

Using pyrolusite,sphalerite,pyrite as raw materials a purified solution was prepared through dissolving with sulfuric acid,leaching liquor and purifying processes. Nano-sized MnZn ferrite precursor was prepared by coprecipitation method at 60 ℃ from the purified solution. Effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and stirring up speed on the size and productivity were discussed and the particle shape,phase evolution process and sintering behavior of the precursor were also investigated. The nano-crystalline MnZn ferrite was characterized by XRD and TEM.The results show that the powder is basically in spherical shape with the average diameter of 50 nm.The well crystalline ultrafine MnZn ferrite powder with cubic spinel structure can be synthesized by calcining at 80 ℃ for 2 h.
