金属氮化物结合刚玉质滑板抗渣性研究

摘要:
对Al AlN Al2O3滑板与Al2O3 C滑板在1 600 ℃×3 h及1 650 ℃×3 h条件下,进行了坩埚法抗钢渣侵蚀实验。抗渣试验表明:Al AlN Al2O3滑板试样较之Al2O3 C滑板试样具有更优良的抗渣侵蚀能力。其原因可归于Al AlN Al2O3滑板的致密组织结构及金属Al和AlN的有益作用。AlN难以被钢渣润湿,可减缓钢渣的侵蚀和渗透;AlN的结合密实作用可阻碍金属铝的熔出。金属 Al高温下氧化形成Al2O3,刚玉与熔渣中的MgO反应形成Al2O3 MgO尖晶石,均使熔渣粘度及反应层致密度提高,因此提高了Al AlN Al2O3滑板的抗渣侵蚀能力。

The contrast experiment of slag resistance for Al-AlN-Al_2O_3 sliding plate and Al_2O_3-C sliding plate was carried out by means of crucible method under the conditions of 1 600 ℃ for 3 h and 1 650 ℃ for 3 h. The result shows that Al-(AlN-)Al_2O_3 sliding plate has better slag resistance than Al_2O_3-C sliding plate, the reason for which is due to the compact structure of Al-AlN-Al_2O_3 sliding plate and the useful function of Al and AlN. AlN is so difficult to be wet by the steel slag that the erosion and penetration are all slowed, and the compact structure can stop aluminum from separating out. The density of the slag and reaction layer can be improved through Al_2O_3 formed from Al under high temperature and Al_2O_3-MgO spinel formed from the reaction of corundum with MgO in melt slag. The slag erosion resistance of Al-AlN-Al_2O_3 sliding plate is improved eventually.
